GETTING HERE

The Torian Pro is held at the Queensland Tennis Centre and getting here is easy but please read the important recommended travel and parking information below to ensure your visit to the Torian Pro is as smooth as possible and  you avoid unnecessary parking fines.

BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL EVENT PARKING RESTRICTIONS

From Friday 24 May to Sunday 26 May inclusive, Brisbane City Council (BCC) event parking restrictions are enforced in the suburbs surrounding the Queensland Tennis Centre (QTC). For further information, please visit www.brisbane.qld.gov.au or phone 07 3403 8888. 

There is also no public parking at the Queensland Tennis Centre. Please be mindful that the Tennis Centre is in a residential area and no parking is permitted in the Tennyson Reach carpark.

Vehicles parked incorrectly during event days will be subject to council fines and towing at the owners expense.

EVENT PARKING

 

Extensive $20 parking is provided by Rotary Australia at St Joseph’s College fields (72 Vivian Street, Tennyson).

 

The Rotary Club will have a shuttle bus continually operating from the carpark gate right to the front entrance for the entirety of the event . All proceeds go to supporting local Rotary community projects. Travel time from door to door is 3 mins.

NB: In the event of bad weather (rain) this parking option will not be operating.

RIDE SHARE

 

King Arthur Terrace Road closures will be in place so please use the recommend drop off points if using ride share or taxi services.

If arriving from the Western entrance please utilise the staff car park located on and opposite 4 Softstone St for drop off only.

Valid permit required for entry. Best access via western suburbs.

PUBLIc TRANSPORT

 

Yeerongpilly station is closed for major refurbishment and there is a Gold Coast rail line closure on 25 and 26 May.

 

Alternative travel arrangements are:

 

Friday: catch a Beenleigh train to Yeronga station and catch either 109 Stationlink bus service or event shuttle from Bus Stop 22 on Park Road (stop 004867) to Yeerongpilly station.

 

Returning catch either a 109 Stationlink bus service or an event shuttle from Yeerongpilly, Bus Stop 30 on Green St (stop 004880) to Yeronga Station and transfer to a Beenleigh train.

 

Saturday and Sunday: Rail replacement buses will be operating at frequent intervals along the whole of the Gold Coast line, please catch one of these rail replacement services to Yeerongpilly station.
